The Peca Farm Market

Kick off your week with a countryside escape to a vibrant gathering that showcases the very best of farm life and local craftsmanship. Running on Tuesdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (July 7 through August 25) at The Peca Farm, the Peca Farm Market offers an authentic, family-friendly experience.

What makes this market truly special is the complete farm experience. While you shop, you can enjoy the view of the rolling hills, relax at a picnic table with a snack, and watch many of the farm animals up close in their paddocks. With two dedicated play areas open for the little ones, it’s an ideal morning outing for families looking to experience the peaceful sights and sounds of true Muskoka farm life.

Huntsville Farmers' Market

Thursday is the flagship market day in town! Located at the Huntsville Fairgrounds, the Huntsville Farmers' Market runs Thursdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (June 4 – October 8). Come hungry—the air is always filled with the mouth-watering aromas of fresh food cooking right on-site.

This massive market features an incredible variety of local goods:

  • Butcher & Dairy: Fresh fish, chicken, turkey, pork, beef, smoked meats, savory steak pies, cheeses, farm eggs, and specialty goat products (butter, cheese, yogurt).
  • Bakery & Pantry: A wide variety of fresh baking (including gluten-free and lactose-free options), homemade preserves, honey, and local maple syrup.
  • Garden & Home: Fresh-cut flowers, seasonal produce, herbs, plants, and early spring seedlings.
  • Artisan Crafts: Handcrafted woodworking, home decor, jewellery, homemade dog treats, and self-care items like handmade soaps and bath bombs.

Port Sydney Farmers' Market

Looking for the perfect late-afternoon stop? The Port Sydney Farmers' Market has moved to an exciting afternoon timeframe for 2026, making it the ideal place to gather ingredients for a weekend barbecue or cottage dinner. Running Thursdays from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM (June 25 through September 3) outside Smith's Ultramar in Port Sydney, this delightful gathering captures the essence of small-town charm. It brings together local growers and passionate artisans, offering high-quality local products, freshly baked goods, and handcrafted items in a convenient, accessible setting.

Waterfront Farmers' Market

New for the 2026 season, Sundays just got a lot sweeter with the addition of the Waterfront Farmers' Market! Located right in the heart of downtown Huntsville at River Mill Park, this market runs from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM from June 7 through September 13. Shop for fresh produce, local treats, and handmade crafts while enjoying the gentle breeze off the Muskoka River. It’s the perfect weekend anchor, allowing you to pair your market shopping with a stroll through downtown’s vibrant shops and boutiques.
