DESCRIPTION:BAND ON THE RUN IS THE MOST FUN YOU WILL HAVE AT A RUNNING EVENT. PERIOD.\n\n\nENJOY live bands playing rockin’ tunes along the route as you CHALLENGE yourself on our Muskoka Hills. All levels of runners welcome. Whichever distance you choose you will be cheered on by our incredibly spirited group of volunteers. \n\n5K RUN/WALK\n\n\nA 5k course that starts out with a bit of a hill but is totally manageable for all levels of runners. You can register as a runner or a walker. \n\n10K\n\n\n\nA 10k course that is challenging\, to be sure. It’s not the hardest thing you’ve ever done (probably) but you’ll be breathing hard. \n\nHALF MARATHON\n\n\n\nA Half Marathon course that makes people swear. A lot. We’re not going to sugar-coat that one! Absolutely perfect for anyone up for a hilly challenge. \n\nMUSIC FESTIVAL\nTHE 2019 HEADLINE BAND: TOMMY YOUNGSTEEN\nWhen it comes to fun – THIS BAND IS IT. They bring to life your favorite\, iconic tunes. They are super fun to dance to and sing along with. You can start humming now – BABY WE WERE BORN TO RUN… \nNorth America’s premier Bruce Springsteen tribute act featuring members & alumni from top Juno-winning Canadian acts: The Sam Roberts Band\, The Stills\, Stars\, The Dears\, The Trews\, Sloan\, Serena Ryder Band & The Arkells. \nOver the last ten years its members have logged well over 5000 shows with their respective groups\, from Canada all the way to Japan\, and have shared the bill and opened for artists such as Paul Mccartney\, The Eagles\, Aerosmith\, The Rolling Stones\, AC/DC & Coldplay\, just to name a few.
