Birds of Prey Showcase - A Free Family Event!

The highlight of the finale weekend is undoubtedly the Canadian Raptor Conservancy's "Birds of Prey Show" on Saturday, May 10, at the picturesque Sandhill Nursery. With shows at 11am and 2pm, families will have the unique opportunity to experience the magnificent world of birds of prey up close and personal.

You'll have the chance to meet five different live birds, witnessing their majestic flight across the sky while learning about their vital role in our ecosystem. Best of all, this awe-inspiring event is completely free, making it the perfect outing for families looking to connect with nature.

The Canadian Raptor Conservancy brings over 20 years of experience in conservation and education to this event. Each demonstration includes birds that are specially trained for free flight, showcasing their unique appearances and flight styles, while expert handlers provide educational commentary about each magnificent raptor.
