The Main Event

The Fire vs Frost: The Culinary Showcase is a captivating three-night culinary journey held at the Forest of Light at Sandhill Nursery in Huntsville on Friday February 20, 27, and March 6, 2026, from 6-9pm. This immersive winter event begins with an enchanting, illuminated forest walk, leading guests to a high-energy Culinary Marketplace. Here, you can sample "Fire vs Frost" themed appetizers from Huntsville's top restaurants. The festival area serves as a focal point, featuring live, alternating performances of dynamic fire artistry and intricate ice carving demonstrations. For comfort, a dedicated "Warmth Zone" offers warming fires and cozy seating to enhance the fiery, social atmosphere.

Your Forest of Light ticket gains you entry to the light trail as well as the 4 samples noted below, and the evening entertainment.
