The Gourmet Marché Snowshoe Tour

February 25, 2023 @ 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm

THE GOURMET MARCHÉ IS BACK!

Brought to you by Snowshoe Canada and the Tawingo Outdoor Centre, the Gourmet Marché Snowshoe Tour is excited to return for its second year amongst the nation-wide smorgasbord of outdoor gourmet events. Snowshoes and an appetite for palate-pleasing offerings by award-winning Muskoka chefs are all that you need.

Participants can experience all of the elements of what makes living in Muskoka great: the company of friends, the beauty of our natural setting, and delicious food produced in a unique way!

Gourmands (that’s you) can snowshoe as much or as little as they like, dress up in fun costumes, eat delicious food offerings prepared by local chefs at up to five stations along various signed routes, qualify for prizes and all while supporting the Huntsville Hospital Foundation!

Registration is limited and we expect to sell out, so please take advantage of our Early Bird rates! Early Bird Registration begins Friday, January 6th, 2023 and ends Friday, February 3rd, 2023. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email for your registration and payment. Additional information will be sent your way closer to the date.

We would like to respectfully acknowledge that we are on the traditional territory of the Anishinaabeg, specifically the Chippewa, Ojibwa and Potawatomi peoples, under the terms of the Robinson-Huron Treaty #61 of 1850, and the Williams Treaties of 1923.

We are grateful to be here. We hope you are too.

Together, we honour all Indigenous peoples – First Nations, Métis and Inuit – for their cultures, their languages, their wise teachings and ways of being, their stewardship and protection of the lands and waters - and life - that have shaped this country since time began.

Together, we commit to acknowledge, to learn, to educate, to create opportunity and to honour sacred places, and to take actions toward real Truth and Reconciliation in support of our commitment to wellness for all, and to walking the path together in respect, peace and harmony for future generations.

G’chi miigwech. Thank you very much.
