Matt Allen – Solo Performance

Currently doing triple duty fronting The Swingin’ Blackjacks, The Tex-Styles, and performing as a solo artist, Matt provides most of the original material as well as supplying the band’s driving guitar roar. Drawing on the rebel attitude of early rock ‘n’ roll, jump blues and honkytonk twang with a dose of  punk, Matt’s guitar heroes include Buddy Holly, Eddie Cochran, T-Bone Walker, Hubert Sumlin, and Link Wray.
