Brewer’s Dinner

Join us Wednesday, March 6th at at 6:30 pm, as we kick off the evening with a private brewery tour. Following the tour, join Head Brewer Seguin Sailors at 7 pm for a dining experience from Serious Chicken Smokehouse, complete with beer pairings!

All four courses will include a guided tasting of our own beers. Seating is limited, so grab your spot now!

  • White Birch Belgian Witbier Aged Cheddar Fondue –  accompanied by smoked sausage, pretzel beer bread and caramelized onion jam
  • Mosaic Pale Ale 5 Day Brined Pork Belly Taco –  accompanied by Little Island Lemon Lager slaw
  • Canvas Original Kolsch Marinated Crispy Chicken Supreme – stuffed with delicate mushrooms, baby spinach & smoked cream cheese, drizzled with an Ale pan jus
  • Hazelnut Big Bend Stout Sticky Toffee Pudding

The cost $70+tax/person, and a deposit to reserve your spot. The remainder will be due the night of the event.

*Wine or cocktail substitutions available for an additional fee.
