ASIST – Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training

ASIST is a 2-day interactive workshop.   The intention of the workshop is to prepare participants to use the “Pathway for Assisting Life” method of suicide intervention.   ASIST teaches participants to recognize when someone may have thoughts of suicide and work with them to create a plan that will support their immediate safety.   Open to anyone over the age of 16 – anyone who wants to help create a suicide-safe community.
