Saturday, July 11, 2026, promises to be an unforgettable day as the Rotary NyDock Dockfest returns to Huntsville, Muskoka. Bring your family, your friends, and your community spirit to celebrate the height of summer with the legendary Bathtub Derby and a full day of waterfront action.

A Unique Muskoka Tradition

There’s nothing quite like watching teams pilot motorized bathtubs through the waters of the Muskoka River—and that’s exactly what makes Dockfest such a beloved event. This isn’t your typical summer festival; it’s a delightful blend of creativity, friendly competition, and pure community spirit.

2026 Dockfest Schedule

The festivities kick off in the morning with a packed lineup that guarantees non-stop entertainment all day long:

  • Downtown Street Parade: 10am
    The celebration begins with a vibrant downtown street parade along Main Street, setting a high-energy, festive tone for the entire town.
  • Opening Ceremonies: 10:45am
    Gather by the water for the official opening ceremonies to mark the beginning of the main waterfront festivities.
  • The Main Event: Bathtub Races: 11am – 1pm
    It's time to witness the thrilling Bathtub Derby! Watch creative local teams race their custom motorized bathtubs in high-stakes, hilarious heats.
  • Water Stunt Show: Between Race Heats & Following the Tubs
    Keep your eyes on the water! A spectacular, high-flying water stunt show will take place between the racing heats to keep the adrenaline pumping.
  • Music & Events in River Mill Park: 12 – 4pm
    The party expands into River Mill Park with live music, delicious local food vendors, unique entertainment, and plenty of family-friendly activities for all ages.
  • Professional Waterski Show: 2 – 2:30pm
    Don't leave early! The excitement peaks in the afternoon with an impressive professional waterski show, showcasing incredible athletic prowess on the river.
