The heart of Muskoka will welcome over 1,000 athletes aged 55 and older from across Ontario for the 2026 Ontario 55+ Winter Games – and this is your invitation to be part of something truly special. Whether you're an athlete ready to compete, someone eager to volunteer, or a spectator looking to cheer on incredible performances, there's a place for you at these Games.
If you're 55 or older and love staying active, the Ontario 55+ Winter Games offer the perfect opportunity to showcase your skills, challenge yourself, and connect with like-minded individuals from across the province. These Games are more than just competition – they're a celebration of what's possible when we embrace healthy, active ageing.
For just $75, you'll experience three unforgettable days packed with incredible events. The festivities kick off with an Opening Ceremony you won't want to miss – watch as four-time World Champion Kurt Browning and two-time USA Champion Alissa Czisny hit the ice with the Huntsville Skating Club for a special performance that will set the tone for an amazing week.
Then dive into two full days of exhilarating competitions at venues across Muskoka, where you'll test your skills against the best senior athletes Ontario has to offer.
On Wednesday night, enjoy a dine-around experience at Huntsville's incredible restaurants, featuring delicious food, drinks, live music, and camaraderie with fellow athletes from across Ontario. The evening continues with a post-dine-around celebration at River Mill Park right in downtown Huntsville, complete with drinks and live entertainment under the winter stars.
Plus, top performers at these Games can go on to represent Ontario at the Canada 55+ Games – taking your competitive journey to the national stage!
The success of these Games relies on the dedication of over 300 volunteers who will contribute to everything from event coordination and participant services to transportation and logistics. Volunteers will enjoy perks including a volunteer appreciation event after the Games, as well as the chance to meet new people.

Step 1: Become an OSGA Member
Participants must be members in good standing of the Ontario Senior Games Association (OSGA). To join or renew your membership, visit https://osga55plus.ca/register/
Step 2: Register for the Games
To register, login with OSGA and register on their online calendar at https://osga55plus.ca/, then pay your registration fee to OSGA. If you have questions, contact your District Administrator.

Registration for participants is open from November 1 until December 15, 2025, at 5:00 PM; please note that no onsite registration will be available.
