Sunset Sessions at Deerhurst Resort

As the sun dips low over the lake and the sky turns gold, there’s a certain kind of magic that settles over Muskoka. Sunset Sessions is our invitation to slow down and soak it in — an evening series of music, stories, fire, and lakeside calm, running every Tuesday from July 7th to August 25th. Snacks and drinks will be available for purchase, so all you need to bring is yourself, your people, and maybe a sweater for when the sun goes down.

This Summer’s Line-Up:

• July 7th — Alexis Degazio – Kick back on the grass as the sky turns gold and Alexis Degazio sets the tone for the evening on Sunset Bay from 7:00 – 9:00 PM. Grab a drink or a snack from our on-site offerings, settle in with the family for a round of lawn games, and let the Muskoka evening do the rest.
• July 14th — Emily Porter: Indigenous Cultural Evening – Join Emily Porter on Sunset Bay from 7:00 – 9:00 PM for a smudge ceremony, fire teachings, indigenous-lens stargazing, and clan animal and bird stories — a rare chance to experience the lake and sky through a different lens, as the Muskoka evening settles in around you.
• July 21st — Gary Graham – Kick back on the sand as the sky turns gold and Gary Graham sets the tone for the evening. Grab a drink or a snack from our on-site offerings, settle in with the family for a round of lawn games, and let the Muskoka evening do the rest.
